Every order is packed and shipped by hand from Austin, Texas by the founder. Domestic United States shipping only for now.

We can't guarantee a delivery date once a package leaves our hands — carriers keep their own schedules.

Blends are mixed, pouched, and packed in small batches by hand rather than pulled off a warehouse shelf, so orders go out in the order they arrive.
