Warm and golden. Honeyed chamomile, a lift of lemon peel, and a low sweet liquorice-anise glow at the back. Mullein gives it an easy, cool-burning body. In the cup it drinks like straw and sunlight; sparked, it smells like a kitchen in winter.

Best used · Afternoon sun, back steps, slow conversation, the middle of a working day.
